OUR BEGINNING
During the 1980’s we were fortunate enough to have lived in Southern Germany for nine years. During that time, we fell in love with these special Rottweiler dogs. In 2017, we sold our business - which specialized in artificial reproduction technologies (ART) for livestock and domesticated animals, including dogs. This early retirement gave us the opportunity to realize a dream of breeding the famous Rottweiler dogs in the state of Hawaii, which we now call home.
It didn’t take long to sort through a number of breeders in Germany before recognizing that Oliver Neubrand was the key to make our dream come true. With his help and expertise, we were soon able to welcome two new very special members into our family, Rex and Ruby.
We are located on a relatively large piece of isolated property on the northernmost tip of the Big Island of Hawaii, surrounded only by thousands of state-owned acres and the Pacific Ocean. Our dogs have plenty of exercise opportunities - walks on shoreline trails, swimming in our own freshwater pond as well as on certain beaches, shredding coconuts and helping with other gardening chores.
OUR ROTTWEILERS
Our premium Rottweiler imports were acquired from Oliver Neubrand, legendary Rottweiler breeder and trainer from Friedrichshafen, Germany. The Neubrand Rottweiler Kennel is the only German kennel, ever, to have won ALL significant titles of the “Allgemeiner Deutscher Rottweiler Klub” (ADRK): World Champion, European Champion, German Champion, Club Champion and German Champion of Schutzhundesport, all within the same year. The Neubrand Rottweiler Kennel has achieved far more than 1,000 V-rated placements since 1975, making it one of the most successful kennels in the world.
